We have created a platform that allows us to collect data at the county/city level with which users can compare historical sales and real-time home data. We provide a service that brings access to information never before compiled for manufactured homes such as address/mobile home community, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, condition, and auxiliary building (garage, shed, carport, etc.). Once you decide to search we are able to assess the value of the manufactured home based on recent sales in a comparable area and show comparable homes in the area. This information once provided will allow buyers and sellers to have a starting point for any sale. For our corporate partners such as agents and mortgage companies.
